Injection machine integration

We integrated the injection machines with a custom solution setup in SAP MII

• Enabled communication between the injection machines through a custom software capable of sending the information from the machines which use EUROMAP protocol to SAP MII

• Build custom operator dashboard capable of keeping real-time track of the production, scrap declaration, pallet completion with warehouse integration and label printing.

• Machine OEE real-time tracking

Tire mold machine integration

We integrated new machines in a tire factory along the old existing ones.

• Enabled communication between the new and the old machines through digital and analog signals from PLC to PLC.

• Modified customer HMI to integrate the new line

• Adding conveyours so that they can integrate the new machine in the old process flawlessly

Assembly line software integration

Setup a pilot assembly line for discrete manufacturing

• Design a pilot assembly line from start of line up until packing station

• Integration with the existing MES systems

• Build operator dashboards with real-time product information, and work instructions

• Integrate various machines and external systems with the MES (screwdrivers, weight stations, handheld scanners, test stations)

BMS system for logistics center

Setup a pilot assembly line for discrete manufacturing

• Designed 30 electrical cabinets each with its own PLC to monitor and control their side of the building

• Integration in a SCADA system from Siemens

• Built the SCADA system interface

• Integrated various external systems with the BMS

• Programmed all the PLCs and established communication to the SCADA

Bringing MES system up to date with the industry 4.0 standards

• rebuild dashboard with the current technologies

• update the external systems connections with the existing MES to bring efficiency and readability

• enabled in-depth performance analysis

Waste compactor and shredder

• Beckhoff Webvisu HMI Solution

• programmed the machines using Beckhoff PLCs

• communication via MQTT with a central SCADA system

• Gathered the electrical signals from field and integrated the PLC response
